By accessing or using Marketing51 ("Service"), operated by Glori Technologies, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Marketing51 provides an AI-powered marketing platform including website modernization, lead capture, content creation, SEO optimization, analytics, and CRM tools. The platform also includes email and SMS notification services for operational communications.

3. Pricing & Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually as described on our pricing page. All plans include core features. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to:

• Receive SMS messages related to service notifications, lead alerts, website status updates, and account communications.
• Message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@marketing51.com.
• Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing. See our SMS Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam).

6. Intellectual Property

Content you provide (logos, text, images) remains your property. The Marketing51 platform, code, and AI models are owned by Glori Technologies, LLC. Websites built on our platform are hosted by us but your content is yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Glori Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
